Warranty Policy
How long is the warranty period?
Perlecare offers a one-year warranty for all products purchased directly from https://perlecare.com/ and authorized retailers. Your warranty begins with your original purchase date. If you filed a claim and received a replacement unit, the warranty continuing from your original purchase date will not recount from the replacement received.
What if my product was a gift?
If you received the product as a gift you can still file a claim in the one-year warranty by your products and warranty card.
What’s covered under warranty?
Your warranty covers manufacturer defects of products. It does not cover abuse, misuse, loss or theft.
Normally, all free giveaways/accessories kept in packages were not covered in warranty, for any query please contact our customer service team.
How can I file a warranty claim?
Please contact us via e-mail: support@perlecare.com, our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does the claims process take?
After submitting, a member of our warranty department will review and reach out to you in 2 business days for next matters.
Once approved, a brand new replacement will ship out in 5 calendar days and update your shipping details.
Do not discard your faulty products until you receive your replacement.
My replacement product broke. Can I file another claim?
If you’re still within one year since your original purchase date, you can file a claim on your replacement products or contact support@perlecare.com directly.
Do you offer a repair service?
Perlecare does not offer a repair service, but we do offer a one-year warranty for replacement. If you experience a manufacturer defect at any point in the first one year, you can file a claim.
